Learn to make Mangalore special Banana Cutlet

Are you looking for some yummy snacks in the evening? Bored of the dosas and other usual items? Have raw bananas at home? Great then, let us have cutlet!

Here is the method to prepare it,


Raw Banana: 5-6
Poha: 1/2 cup
Chiroti Rava: 1/2 cup
Red Chilli Powder: 2-3 tsp (can vary according to your taste buds )
Cumin Powder: 2 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped.
White thil (optional)
Salt, Oil.


* Peel steam cooked banana and mash them.

* Soak poha in a bowl of water; keep aside.

* Add 2tbsp of chiroti rava, chilli powder, thil, cumin powder, soaked poha, salt, coriander leaves.

* Make small balls and press. Roll it on chiroti rava.

Deep fry or Tawa fry. Now easy and quick cutlet is ready to eat, enjoy it with tomato sauce.
